nom nom... I mean, yes, those would be said cupcakes! I was just too lazy to upload my photo when the recipe was posted :P
On my first attempt, I put the butter in with the Guinness and it boiled so mixing the cocoa in it got a bit clumpy and looked like oily poo. Not appealing at all.
Hopefully you meant cool and not cook. Overnight cooking turns cupcakes into hockey pucks :P (well I can assume. We once cooked an entire tray of bagels for an 8 hour shift at McDonald's when I worked there. Boxed 'em up in a donut box and left them for day shift!)
